We have now extended our scope of services we are licensed by the state of Wisconsin for three Adult Family Homes with 24 hour care.
Shay's Safe Haven is located at 12835 Lancaster Ave Butler, WI 53007 supports four residents and is wheelchair accessible. We have a big back yard with patio. Home comes with Hoyer Lyft, shower chair, roll in shower with grab bars, med cart, television with cable and internet access, spacious furnished living and dining rooms. Located near bank, bus line, several convenience stores, library, and Froedtert Community Memorial Hospital.
Our Second home Living Insight Adult Family Home is located at 3525 North 20th Street Milwaukee, WI 53208 and supports 3 non- ambulatory residents. This home is equipped with wheelchair ramp, Hoyer Lyft, walk in shower with shower chair, grab bars in bathroom, beds with bedding, television with cable and internet access, spacious furnished living and dining rooms. Located near the bus line, grocery stores, several banks and St. Mary's Hospital.
Our Third home Shay's Safe Haven 2 is located at 8801 W Custer Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53225 and supports 3 non-ambulatory residents. This home is equipped with wheelchair ramp, Hoyer Lyft, walk in shower with shower chair and grab bars, cable and internet access, spacious furnished living room and bedrooms. Conveniently located in quiet neighborhood near banks, convenience stores, and bus line.
All locations have emergency weather radios and flashlights on the premises and are monitored by an RN who will provide training for all CBRF and CNA staff for onsite cares.
Administrator Sheila Black is CPR certified and will train and certify all staff as well.
